Can anyone download and use hUb home?
Currently, for this release, hUb home is only available for UEM Sunrise hUb prop app users. You can login with your existing credentials.
What is the minimum Android and iOS version for hUb home?
For Android, version 8.0 (Oreo) or later and for ios, version 10.0 or later.
Is hUb home accessible via website?
Currently, hUb home is only available on mobile platform for Android and iOS devices. Please visit our website for updates: https://thehub.my/hubhome.
How do I log in to my account?

For your convenience, we allow you to log in to hUb home using your UEM Sunrise hUb prop credentials. However, if you decided to update your password for hUb home, your UEM Sunrise hUb prop password will not be updated and you are still required to use your old password to log in.
What is UEM Sunrise hUb prop? Is it different from hUb home?
Both apps (UEM Sunrise hUb prop and hUb home) are under the UEM Sunrise banner but they serve different purposes. UEM Sunrise hUb prop is a virtual concierge for all things UEM Sunrise property-related. It serves as a self-service channel for users to obtain selected services and information about UEM Sunrise, including the latest promotions, property information and Trésor Loyalty Programme.
